The Yountville tasting brings the winery’s Cabernet-driven lineup together with serious food and the broader Hestan culinary world, including the new CopperBond Aura collection — limited-production Italian cookware built around 1.5mm polished copper. It feels less like a conventional tasting room and more like stepping inside the entire Hestan brand.
